ReferralFlo, Inc. ("ReferralFlo", "we", "us") provides referral program software. This policy covers our marketing website at referralflo.ai. The ReferralFlo application at app.referralflo.ai is governed by this policy together with the agreement in place with your organization.

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us. When you book a demo, contact us, or subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the details you submit — typically your name, work email address, company name, and anything you write in a message field.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics to understand how the site is used: pages visited, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site.

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule product demos.
• To send you content you have requested, such as our newsletter.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To protect the site and our services against misuse.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site traffic. It sets cookies that help us distinguish visits and understand which pages are useful. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics specifically with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use this website.

We share information with a small number of service providers who process it on our behalf and only as needed to run the site:

• Google Analytics — website usage analytics.
• Resend — delivery of the emails generated when you submit a form on this site.

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above — for example, for as long as we are corresponding with you about a demo — and then delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at naveed@referralflo.ai and we will respond promptly.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it from time to time.
