Terms of Service

ReferralFlo, Inc. ("ReferralFlo", "we", "us") provides a referral program platform that lets businesses create and manage referral programs — including referral links and codes, advocate management, referral tracking, reward rules, payouts, and analytics (the "Service").

To use the Service you need an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the organization you register.

The Service is offered on paid subscription plans as published on our pricing page or as agreed in your order. Fees are billed in advance for each billing period and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive, or infringing.
• Generate fraudulent, artificial, or deceptive referral activity, or attempt to manipulate rewards.
• Probe, disrupt, or overload the Service, or attempt to access data that is not yours.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as agreed with us.
• Use the Service to send spam or communications that violate applicable messaging laws.

We may suspend accounts engaged in these activities.

You retain all rights to the data you and your advocates submit to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us the right to process Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Data and for your programs complying with laws that apply to them.

The Service, website, and everything that makes them up — software, design, text, and trademarks — are owned by ReferralFlo or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.

The Service can connect to third-party products such as CRMs and payment providers. Those products are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them. Enabling an integration authorizes us to exchange data with that product on your behalf.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You may stop using the Service at any time; your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these terms that remains uncured after notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ReferralFlo, Inc. is established, unless your order or subscription agreement specifies otherwise. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer or data protection rights you hold under the laws of the country where you are based.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify account owners. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
