Your alumni are your admissions team
Nobody sells a course like someone whose career it changed. Give alumni and parents a real referral program — tracked per cohort, rewarded per enrolment, run in your school's voice.
"This bootcamp changed my career" is the most convincing ad you'll never run. It's being said right now — on LinkedIn, in DMs — and none of it connects back to your enrolment funnel.
From a LinkedIn post to a new enrolment
Each step shows the human moment — and what ReferralFlo records beneath it.
“Our alumni were already posting about us. The program just gave those posts a link — and gave us a way to say thank you at enrolment.”

Emails that sound like your school
Per-trigger templates with variables, live preview and test send — the enrolment confirmation reads like Northgate wrote it, because Northgate did.

Common questions
Can we run separate programs for alumni and parents?
Yes — programs are independent, each with its own portal, rewards and emails. An advocate's master profile still aggregates their activity across every program they join.
When does the tuition credit get issued?
On the lifecycle state you choose — typically converted (enrolled). Rules are double-sided, so the referring alum and the enrolling student can each receive their own reward.
Can referral data reach our admissions CRM?
Referral lifecycle events flow out through Zapier, webhooks and the REST API, so admissions sees referred applicants wherever they already work.
