Paying a percentage instead of an amount, on both sides. A 25% reward scales with what the customer was going to spend anyway, so a large order costs Huel more and a small one costs it less. A flat reward inverts that: it is cheapest exactly when the order is largest.
Why it works
A percentage keeps the reward proportional to the margin it comes out of, which a flat amount cannot do.
Matching both sides at 25% makes the offer easy to describe in one line, and there is nothing to feel short-changed about.
The 60-dollar minimum sets a floor under the order the discount is applied to, so the percentage never lands on a trivial basket.
