Where most terms gesture at fraud, Quince's list the venues it will not pay for: referral links displayed on sites known for selling or swapping codes with strangers, Reddit, Invitation.codes, Refer.codes and Quora among them, with the link itself liable to be disabled. The 10-credits-per-7-days velocity cap then throttles whatever slips through, without capping an honest referrer's year.

A rolling weekly cap distinguishes farming from enthusiasm better than an annual ceiling does.
Naming banned venues converts a vague fraud clause into an enforceable, explainable rule.
Requiring distinct shipping and billing details blocks the commonest self-referral disguise.
