Why it works

The charity tier gives advocates a reason to share that has nothing to do with their own gain. That is a different motivation to sell against.
What to copy
- Run more than one reward shape off a single programme when your customer base genuinely splits (consumer, business, institutional).
- Trigger payout on the first real billing event, not on account creation.
